CrossFit Grail’s BootCamp classes are high intensity, fast-paced, total body workouts for all fitness levels. These functional workouts are designed to increase cardiovascular endurance and stamina, gain strength, power and speed, and scorch body fat, while continuing the burn for hours after you finish your workout. Each workout is unique, challenging, effective and fun, drawing on the training principles of CrossFit but without using heavy weights or barbells. Instead you will be using your own body weight, kettlebells, medicine balls and sandbags for resistance training, while you run, jump, row, and more!
Bootcamp classes are a great opportunity to gain exposure to many of the core movements used in CrossFit classes. Bootcamps are also for experienced CrossFitters who want to increase their metabolic conditioning, take a break from the heavy weights, or still get a workout in between CrossFit classes.
Bootcamp classes are included with all CrossFit Grail memberships and are also part of our 6-Week Kick-Start program.
