Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

100 single unders

10 inchworms with downward and upward dog movements – go slow

10 side lunge alternating sides

10 single leg touches – balance on one foot , hinge forward at the hips to tap the ground
For all movements, do not race. Go slow with purpose. Warm up your back muscles for deadlift.
