6-Week Kick Start

Are you new to fitness or simply don’t know where to start on your health and fitness Quest? Have you been absent from a fitness program for a while or need a little more guidance to get on track and stay on track to reach fitness goals? Are you simply looking to FIND YOUR FITNESS in a community of like-minded people that hold each other accountable, share in successes, and have fun together? The 6-week Kick-Start program at CrossFit Grail is a great way to get started on YOUR fitness Quest!

 
What the 6-week Kick-Start program includes:
  • Unlimited BootCamp classes, 6 days per week
  • One InBody Composition Test at the start of your program
  • Starting and ending body measurements and photos
  • Baseline workout at the start and end of your program to compare results
  • Nutritional guidance from your Precision Nutrition Certified coach
  • Accountability Coaching & Support
  • Motivational emails with healthy habit and active recovery suggestions
  • Access to our mobile app for tracking your progress
  • Facebook Community Forum
What you do:
  • Commit to attending BootCamp classes a minimum of 3 days per week, along with enjoying active recovery days
  • Commit to the entire 6 weeks – the first week is intense, but your body will thank you
  • Commit to being coached by our experienced and knowledgeable trainers, while being challenged beyond your expectations
  • Commit to implement the nutrition changes agreed on by you and your nutrition coach
  • Commit to making the daily changes that lead to long-term, sustainable results
  • Commit to showing up and working hard – you will see the results!

We know that starting any fitness program or making a lifestyle change can seem overwhelming or intimidating. This 6-week Kick-Start program is designed to be a challenging yet manageable starting point to put you on the path to a stronger, leaner, healthier, more energetic you, while preparing you for the rest of your fitness Quest. This is not a weight-loss challenge –  and while you WILL lose body fat, we recognize that everyone has different goals and all fitness Quests are welcome.
