In teams of 2,

AMRAP 20

Plank hold – Max box jump overs 24/20″

Hollow hold – Max hand-release push ups

Bottom of squat hold – Max air squats

Bar hang – Max burpees
While Partner 1 does static hold, Partner 2 completes maximum reps of designated movement. When Partner 1 drops, Partner 2 holds the static hold while Partner 2 completes max reps. Then move to next movement. Score is max reps for both partners in the 20 min AMRAP.
